Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. TV with loads of channels, tea/coffee, iron, hair-dryer, alarm clock and phone.
Bathrooms usually have bath with shower over but I have had a room with just the shower which is fine for me. Towels are really big and fluffy which earns brownie points from me.
Bar area is comfy and bar staff lovely. Had lunch here which was very tasty altho a bit pricey for a sandwich

Cardiff is such a small city by square miles that really any location is
a good location. Our apartment was a 5 minute walk to Mermaid Quay which
is very family friendly yet also accommodates a young nightlife. We
walked over their both nights and found many options to eat and drink
at. Overall the apartment was in good condition and our contact person
was very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Absolutely love this place. I felt as if I just changed residence. The staff were very prompt prior to arrival and took care of any questions, concerns, and had good advice for venues. They also provided 25% off at 5 restaurants and pubs down by the wharf. The wharf was about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The city center was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction.
