  It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. The family room was big enough for us and also accommodated a cot, and the bathroom was also large and spacious. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Supplying us with tea and toast at five A.m for an early start. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped . It would make a perfect airport hotel or for a longer budget stay For visiting Bristol and surrounding area.

  To start off I would say that you cant find a better location, a better sized and CLEAN room in this price, barring you plan and book atleast 2 months in advance. I had a wonderful stay here with my family (my infant daughter included). The rooms are very spacy considering the average size of rooms in the UK, are cozy, the bathroom is large with all the ame - Totally love this hotel. Located in a peaceful street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us. And also we got a discount for our room rate upon arrival. What a great service they provided. Althoug

  The rooms were really nicely decorated and really clean. I did not really see any of the staff as I was out for most of the day but the room was cleaned and the tea and coffee "topped up". The fact it is self catering enabled me to save a fortune on eating out, the kitchen was well stocked with clean appliances and all the utensils/crockery/cutler... what people say » y you would need. My room also had a fridge in it which was great if you wanted to keep your food seperate from the main kitchen. Would highly recomme - we had been held up in traffic coming away from the ballon festival Fiaz was very kind and ensured what ever the time of arrival we would be welcomed, Fiaz had left the lights on for us and ensured the property was opened so that we didnt have to worry about waking anybody else at 1am. Very thoughtful and understanding owners we would defiantly stay again and highly reccomend to our friends and family
