We were attending a concert at the nearby Castle & chose it as it was so close. The staff were all excellent especially the breakfast staff who were friendly even though they were busy.

The staff were extremely helpful. Kept charging my phone for me as I'd left my charger at home. Even googled and printed off some bus routes and times for me to get to the zoo.
Great location, 5 minute walk to restaurants, cinema and bowling and a further 5 minutes to the mall. Buses right outside the hotel can get you pretty much anywhere. We got th 54 then 9 to the zoo. 54 all the way to Cabot Circus/Harbor and 54 then 74 to Parkway Rail station.

The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble , my husband was in Bristol hospital and we come from Cornwall the staff told us what buses to catch where from etc times I was so great full and if I needed the room for another night just let them know from sheenabough -

I had a great stay. The hostel had really good communal areas - more like a chic coffee house than a budget hostel. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.

The rooms were really nicely decorated and really clean. I did not really see any of the staff as I was out for most of the day but the room was cleaned and the tea and coffee "topped up". we had been held up in traffic coming away from the ballon festival Fiaz was very kind and ensured what ever the time of arrival we would be welcomed, Fiaz had left the lights on for us and ensured the property was opened so that we didnt have to worry about waking anybody else at 1am. Very thoughtful and understanding owners we would defiantly stay again and highly reccomend to our friends and family

I booked this hotel for my 73 year old mum. Initially she was on the 6th
floor (there is no lift). As soon as she mentioned it they moved her to
the first floor. She thought the staff were excellent, very friendly and
helpful. She thought the hotel was spotlessly clean with lovely rooms
