The staff were friendly and sorted out our queries quickly and efficiently, the room was comfortable and a decent size, the room was quiet despite being by a busy road. Great friendly service, comfy bed, fabulous shower and father Christmas giving out gifts over a delicious breakfast. What more could you want?. The staff where very friendly,the room was very clean,the food was of high standard could not fault it would stay again.

The location was fantastic and Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. hotel very clean and tidy breakfast was very good and you had an excellent selection. Able to get more milk & coffee from reception. 2 staff on reception were friendly and knowledgeable. the location on the ring road was right for us. Everything was excellent including the food. I had requested a cot in the room and called the day before our stay to confirm this; however there was no cot when we arrived and we had to collect one from reception. N/A. nothing really. Nothing. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. 1 didn't have BBC 1 and the chair was broken, The first morning I mentioned this, when we went back to the room late that night, still no BBC1 (we had it in the other room!!) chair still broken and beds not made. Only one bath towel provided for 2 people. Nothing. Waitressing staff in adjoining Beefeater restaurant very poor. More than one bill to pay at Beefeater and Premier. Lacks character and facilities basic for the price. Breakfast service in the morning was slow, to many people and not enough staff. On letsbookhotel.com it states that hotel is 9miles away from Bath centre when in fact it is approx 15miles away. Not good when you are planning to take taxis too an from Bath!!. The Beefeater attached to the hotel. Price - getting on the heavy side in comparison to more 'colourful' hotels. Lack of amenities in the bathroom - desolate athmosphere. no help with cases,asking for towels,asking for milk.glasses and mugs stuck to table why not supply a small tray! and make the beds !!. Being at the furthest point from reception - on the end of a building which is unacceptable being a woman travelling alone. Room smelt disguesting, so had to have the window open with a main road outside.
