  Good standard of service and accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. These people get it right consistently for me. - The staff - welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. Having the pub next door is good for relaxation over dinner

  All staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We hadn't originally opted for breakfast but at a fiver each we changed our mind. Best decision ever. The breakfast was better than any of the much more expensive hotels I've stayed at. Rooms have free wifi and good size tv and were clean. Bonus for anyone on a diet - both the owners are following the Slimming World plan, and are able to advise on Syns values! Free wifi always appreciated.   We had a few (tightly budgeted) days to spend in Manchester/Liverpool and so Tramways Hotel and Bolton in general were an ideal choice — almost half the price of hotels in the bigger cities and a very good transport link to both of them. - The staff were so friendly and helpful, and couldn't have done more to ensure I had a comfortable stay.   It was comfortable. As we arrived early the had the room ready at 12 for us at our request - Location was great, staff were amazing and only happy to help, room wasvery clean and very comfortable
