  Your reception staff rang the night before and to confirm booking and advise on best place to park and offered any other assistance. Lauren who works in the restaurant was very capable and very efficient when a lot of us were complaining. She was extremely polite offered complimentary deals to offset complaint, never once did she lose her cool. ... what people say » She is an asset, she deserves recognition.
