  It was a delightful surprise from start to finish. We were fortunate to book the apartment at a reasonable rate£267 for 4 . I would certainly stay again as would my friends but would like to stay for 2 nights with the right deal. I have taken the opportunity whilst my children have been at University in Liverpool to introduce family and friends to... what people say » Liverpool. The Richmond has a wonderful Scouse feel about it. Accommodation was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointin - Hello, I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry) My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon. Once again thank you to all who made my stay so pleasurable!

  I can't fault this place. Such good value for money, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The apartment is incredibly spacious, which was such a bonus as we had 4 small children with us. Despite being in the heart of the city and abutting a busy main road the apartment was incredibly quiet, and that comes from someone who is used to livi... what people say » ng in the middle of nowhere! The outdoor terrace was a huge bonus. We will definitely be returning in the future. - We stayed at the Chester Apartment for our sons graduation at the cathedral. What wonderful accomodation, very comfortable and excellent central location. Very close to the Mill Hotel, where we had a beautiful meal on the Canaletto barge restaurant, located at the hotel. Will be looking to book again in the near future.
