We had a problem with the television in the room and even though we had
to relocate to another room, I should like to express our sincere
gratitude to katie who was exceptional pleasant & consumately
professional, also being attentive throughout. We shall undoubtedly be
making a return visit. The location and parking facility being perfect
for our requirements.

Everything. However, letsbookhotel.com made a mistake! You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room

Nice staff.
The room and WC was spotless clean.
Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep!
The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

I was pleasantly surprised that they had a 24-hour bar, which was a bonus for a late-night drink when we came back. Everything!! Lovely, helpful owner, Sue, couldn't have done more to make us and the other guests feel 'at home'. So much better staying in the quiet suburbs than in the city centre with buses running every eight minutes or so from right outside the house into the city centre for shopping and sightseeing. A beautiful house in a lovely location, very clean and a great breakfast!

I shared with my daughter was warm, spacious and had lovely comfortable
clean beds. My daughter was over from Northern Ireland for an interview
at Hope University and found the bar area very peaceful and relaxing in

On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly member of staff who explained all the facilities of the hotel and made us feel welcome. Only stayed one night to visit friends after having spent the weekend at a wedding in North Wales. Would certainly stay again if we were in the area.
