The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

It was very easy to book in at reception. The hotel staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and they took time to get to know us. My friend is a coeliac and she was amazed that the menu catered for her. The hotel was ideally located with easy access to the beach and only a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive) from the local shops and cafes.
The apartments offered everything that was needed for a self catering young couple and were spacious, comfortable and a bargain for the price. I will return. -

The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel. Home from home comfort and excellent food. Great location in Mudefordand we had superb weather which was a bonus. Have stayed several times -a lot of the rooms are individual. - Everything was fantastic. The only thing I would have changed would have been the weather!! I can imagine it being a beautiful place to stay in the summer.
