  My husband and I along with 3 children stayed in the apartment of this beautiful hotel Easter weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The day we arrived we enjoyed a wonderful 4 course meal with a bottle of wine overlooking Verona. We both agreed it was the best meal we had on our holiday. When that wouldn't access the sites I wanted, he let me use the office computer. He also called our next hotel to change our booking. Silvia, in charge of the wine cellars, Catherine, in charge of the restaurant.... in fact, all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great advice on where to vist, park and eat - all go

  Beautiful, ELEGANT, boutique, LUXURY HOTEL WITH A VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, HELPFUL STAFF. Everything about this hotel screams refined taste. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona! - The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
