The owner Concetta is fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly and did all she could make our stay unforgettable. When all ferries from Lampedusa was cancelled due to the weather she drove us around town in order to secure some of the few last-minute flight tickets to Palermo. -

I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

A really nice place to stay in the heart of Caltagirone. The host is really attentive, give good advices & tipps about the city, restaurants... The breakfast (with typical sicilian food) with view on Caltagirone from the terrasse is lovely. I definity recommand!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was relaxing and delicious. The location was in a quiet area yet two blocks from the main street. We were picked-up and taken back to the dock free of charge. -

I spent a week at the hotel enjoyed every moment of it. The staff was very friendly and kind helping me to find information about rent-a-car, transportation, getting around the city, etc. Breakfasts were good, service prompt. Staying in eolian milazzo, overall, was a great experience. The room was spatious, nicely furnished with a very big and nice bathroom. The bed was big and comfortable. We chose to stay in milazzo as we wanted to visit the eolian islands, but we had a very nice time in the town too, and that was partly due to the nice feeling that the hotel gave us.
