The owner Concetta is fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly and did all she could make our stay unforgettable. When all ferries from Lampedusa was cancelled due to the weather she drove us around town in order to secure some of the few last-minute flight tickets to Palermo. -

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a
pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all
the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big
sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The
bathroom is also new and bog enough.

It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable.
We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hote
