My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. During both of our stays we were put in one bedroom suites with fully kitted kitchens, king sized beds and the most amazing shower/sauna. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B.

All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay. The welcome was excellent, with them already establishing in advance when we would be arriving. We were given a map and local attractions highlighted. Also when asked restaurant suggestions which were good. The accommodation is really an apartment. The bathroom had a superb shower / sauna. The parking facility although extra was well worth it, as it is difficult to park in Palermo and it's secure. The hotel is new and thus all the facilities are modern,the room was huge and very clean, breakfast was rich and the staff was extremely kind to anything that we needed. Even if you don 't book a parking spot, it is easy to find parking outside the hotel. B&B 10 Serpotta exceeded my expectations - the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and made us feel as if we were staying with family. I would recommend B&B 10 Serpotta to everyone!. this is our top-rated hotel we stayed during our 3-week trip around Sicily. Very modern, safe, secure parking, whirlpool; everything is perfect. Nothing, it's really good specially for a B&B. There was couple alarms in the late evening for some reason. Nothing in particular. All good. Two days no internet. dificult to park car. Nothing. pessimo, o staff nao obedece as regras de seguranca sanitaria ocasionando transtornos aos hospedes nao recomendo.
