We chose Stresa Residence for two reasons - (1) it was an apartment rather than a hotel and had a full kitchen; and (2) it was less expensive than most of the hotels we looked at as well. We were very happy with our choice. We ate all of our breakfast in as well as some of the lunches (with the kitchen and a grocery store a block away this was easy). A fabulous Enoteca with rooms. We'd eaten here previously but decided to try the B&B. Great staff, good breakfast, and wines to take to heaven. A three day visit to Neive is probably enough - unless you want to drink yourself to a wonderful end. -

The owners of the B&B are fantastic. They are both gems. The stay was great. Very close to the airport. What you get for the money is a hall, room and a bathroom - all fantastic. Since I had to leave very early in the morning, the owner packed some breakfast for me the previous night. Will recommend this to anyone
