  Very friendly and helpful staff especially on reception. had trouble with the safe (my fault) and had someone round within a couple of minutes. Breakfast was excellent, lounge area was wonderful with fantastic views and friendly bar staff and free cakes when returning from the slopes. Free hotel shuttle to slopes was very handy, - The Grand Hotel La Torre is easy to find and the staff were great to explain how to arrive at the hotel by train / bus. The location of the hotel is great to go to the Sportina. The hotel offers a free shuttle to go to it. All restaurant / pubs / shops are all within walking distance from the hotel. And the spa which is opposite the hotel is a great place how to finish your day of skiing.

The rooms were clean and well presented, the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking space and a nice large pool swimming pool. The floral arrangements in the lounges were superb. No hesitattion in recommending this hotel.

  For me, the residence was the perfect place to stay in Turin. The nearest entrance to Porta Susa Station was only 2-3 minutes away, and the west end of the town centre, with gardens leading down to Via Garibaldi and all the sights, was only a little further. The Residence is very nicely decorated and furnished in a bright, pop-art style. The Residence is a self-catering ho - The residence is located on a very quiet street, yet close to a vibrant neighborhood with shops and restaurants of all kinds. Piazza Castello, which is the heart of the city, is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. But there's also line 56 from Duchessa Jolanda Street close by, or metro line1. The room is spacious and the kitchenette is really practical. I also used the gym once -- it was a real treat! The staff was very helpful with directions and all kinds of information.
