Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome. Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.
