The room was very clean and the staff was very helpfull, no problems. The breakfast is good but it could be better. The location is very good, you can walk to the colosseo (wich you can see as you walk out of the hotel) and the old part of Rome. Best value for money. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were not nearly as small as I had imagined and the breakfast they provided was great!. staff was very helpful, and when we arrived they pointed out to us on a map where we were in relation to the many sights in the city. The location was attractive. it's location .. everything is close and you can find all what you need around it. I also liked the staff they are so friendly and helpful. Some problems with insolation between appartments. May be possible some fruits for brakfest.the room was tiny for 4 people. quad rooms pictured online were obviously the bigger ones. Hair-dryer was broken (no hot air came out of it) and was not repaired in the three days we stayed there even after informing the staff. One staff member appeared rather rude in the beginning (though she mellowed down later). The TV was not working (didn't mind it as we speak no Italiano). The fridge had to be turned on by plugging the power cable in. Breakfast sucks (everyone says this).A few of the rooms are not in the hotel itself but across the street above a shop - for my partner and I this was not a problem but the people across the hall from us didn't like the location of their room. Room was smaller than it looked in the pictures but for this price it was ok.beds were very hard and uncomfortable, only 2 pillows in room. Small size of the room. No hot water in mornings and evenings, walls so thin you can hear everything going on in other rooms. i did reserve waik up on 5a.m.,in fact after i was awaik around 5.30 myself i went on the reception desk and find out -men on reception was sleeping,also room on web site and real room in hotel did not match at all. We had insects in our room. Not very pleasant. Daughter was scared... Very poor breakfest. May be this was a reason why the staff was so sad and grumpy. they offered me a room with airconditioning broken and they tried to simulate they didnt know I had to fight to them to find a solution that they didnt offer at the first time, they wanted me to stay in this extremely hot room by opening the windows. Was very noisy all night hearing water runining not safe as hotel.
