The location right next to the station was excellent - very easy for our students to find when they went in the evening. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning next year. The hotel staff. This is an excellent small hotel for a short stop-over in Rome. It is only a few yards from the main railway station, with some excellent local restaurants nearby, and within walking distance of many of the major tourist areas of the city.

The "air aconditionated" is not free, you must to pay 10 Euros by night. A lot of 'escaleras". Is not recommend for old people.The phone in the room did not work and the breakfast was adequate but the same everyday. When I made a reservation, there was no information about an extra charge of 10euros per night for AC.There better (and more expensive) areas to stay in Rome. too noisy, I had to complain with the reception to sleep. Can be noisy. There were NO curtain in shower and toliet got wet after a shower. Also, it had a bad smell in my bedroom, like a sew.not in the best spots of Rome, I don´t like the streets aqround the hotel. I didn't like the breakfast. It was a bit inconvinient that if I wentdown to have breakfast a bit later, I couldn't really find much of theproducts because they often run out. The room is a bit noisy, but muchbetter than on the main street I think.Very small room and no ac--ok for an overnight stay, but probably not good for an extended stay. Breakfast very poor, bread rolls with Jam and very low cost cerials. the single room i used was to small for the price. Rooms very small, up 2 flights of stairs , overlooking the back yard ofneighbouring shops etc, which looked like a slum, very noisey, I emailedhotel weeks before our stay to ask if they had a kettle to use as I hada young baby and needed to boil water, they said they did. When Iarrived they did not and I had to hunt for ready made formula milk whichwas very expensive. It was not informed me that the room rent is €50 + €50 booking chargewith a total cost of €100 per night per single person. It was told to meonly at the time of departure. Its a real cheating. Some of the staff were rude and abrupt.There was a lot of noise at night coming from below our window even though it was a backyard. The electricity went the last night of the stay and the emergency light kept coming on and waking us every few minutes.Very noisy. Single room location was very poor. Initially my room was next to the kitchen and bar area with the window facing a court yard that backed a local restaurant. I was moved to a second room which was a bit better concerning noise. The room had cheap furnishing; the TV didn't work and room lights were out. The noise was the overriding factor as to why I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Room was not heated properly (radiator was turned off, I had to turn it on and it would take 6 hours until the room temperature would go up; even then it was not warm enough). Furniture was not the best I ever seen, even for 2 stars only, and the bathroom was tiny. It was also a bit drafty and very very noisy.The hotel is on the 1st floor of an appartement. Entrance is very disappointing. The window of the rooms look to the inside of the appartement which is terrible. You have to put the lights on all the time. Very limited breakfast, jam, butter, cereals and tea/coffee. For this price (Euro 105 for a triple room) a very bad price/quality ratio. Definitely not for families with small children. The hotel is very simple for its price.An old male staff was so rude to guests. we asked to warm up our room two times, but he get anger againt us as there were no way to warm up any more and he said with loudly voice " nothing I can do for it". he must learn what hotel service is. other staffes were nice. no hot water!!! The water not strong enough!!!! Dark in the room, the hotel looks terrible!!!! Store our luggages in open area.the washing room. They sent us to another building and we have to come every morning for the Breakfast at the Hotel. The AC was not included in the booking price. This we learnt when we asked them to make the AC on. The Reception was very bad. The Bathrooms were very small and congested. They don't change the bedsheets. The blanket was very dirty.
