Location was great. Staff was outstanding and helped with just about every area of our trip. We were a group of 5 and felt very at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families traveling. The people woking there were so nice and could'nt do enough for us, wewould highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is 200 meters away from Roma Termini central train station . This is extremely convenient especially if you decided to travel by train to Florence, Naples etc. There are two supermarkets and many other shops at station working till 22.00 where you can buy everything you need. Personal was very friendly. We were provided with city map and detailed explanations where to go, how to reach interesting sites, shops etc.

Great location for Train Station. The staff at the hotel were excellent. The owner provided us a map, gave us directions to different tourist sites and how to get their by bus or train. It was extremely close to the train and bus station which was helpful for transportation throughout the city. Clean and comfortable. Proximity to Termini is both a plus and a minus...this is far from a great neighborhood but great for getting aroound the city. It was very clean. It was veery convenient to all the major sites in Rome with most things being within walking distance. very handy for the station and not far from the sights .The hotel staff were very friendly. location. staff. It is close to Termini station. location. Breakfast could have a little more variety, but was still fine ;-). very small bathroom. Shower is a little bit stretch, but it really doesn´t matter compared to good points. More variety to the breakfast: e.g. some ham and cheese would be nice. It was bad luck for us, the elevator was broke and with a 8 month pregnant wife and me carrying the luggage up 5 flights, it was a good cardio work out. The only other odd thing was when you flushed the toilet you got a sprinkling shower from the tank that is located high on the wall. Other than that no complaints, would go back when come back to Rome.A distinct antiseptic odor in room upon arrival...this dissipated quickly. We had no view...other rooms may have. The shower in our room was just a trickle of water most of the time. Breakfast was in reception.a stale drain smell in the room to begin with and the smell of cigarette smoke during the night -this may not have been the hotel's fault. Elevator is somewhat too small to accommodate more than 1 person especially with luggages. strong smells (chemical smell of the blankets and beds, smoking).
