We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour. It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you.
