  Although you might have a little difficulty spotting the hotel initially as it doesnt have the obvious exterior look of a hotel, with a clear glassdoor which oversees the lobby and reception, it isnt too difficult to find as the street is not too complicated. The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. The staff was really kind and helpful.

  First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too. Just a few minutes walk. The rooms are big and nice. Also quiet. No traffic noise from my room on 5th floor. You get all the help you need from the staff.   The family which run this hotel are fantastic, they make you feel like you are part of the family when you stay. The service was excellent, and with the new improvements being done to this hotel it will be even more fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
