Definitely great location and great value. We only stayed one night and had to catch an early flight the next morning, so the hotel staff packed us breakfast to go without us even asking for it. I thought that was very thoughtful. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Helpful friendly staff. Well situated for easy access to the train, bus, airport. Excellent location for the opera house. Would recommend this hotel and use it again.

No free access to WFI, no CNN chanel for English speakers. Poor TV reception. Breakfast would improve a lot if instead of the "factory made" bread, they would serve the wonderful bread which is sold all over (even in the supermarket nearby). The rest ok. I found the room a bit dark. Too dark in the room. Lighting system odd, room was rather dark. Breakfast good but could use more options for folks allergic to milk and eggs. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The electricity went out both nights we stayed. Not a huge inconvenience since it was in the middle of the night. But late arrivals had to walk 5 flights to their room. On the positive side the staff offered to put the guests up in another hotel across the street. The hotel was like a maze (but was'nt really a problem). Shower holds were broken.The building facade was under repair, it would be better to tell this in the add. Pillows (too flat) and in short supply. The room is very small. My room was a very dark, the bathroom looked renewed but part of thewalls were falling down.
