hotel facilities, excellent variety of breakfast served, politness and welcome behaving of staff, warm and clean and quiet room. simply perfect.....,cleanroom ,gently smily staff, rich breakfast, ideal location. Very close to Termini station and is surrounded by authentic restaurants (located in the side roads). Breakfast was more than adequate, friendly staff and clean rooms. If you want peace and quiet ask for a room at the back of the hotel.It was a pleasure to find an additional small bed for our littledaughter in the room, especially after the long night trip! Perfectlocation. Breakfast was very good and plenty, and you could have in theroof garden. However don't order breakfast in room, it's waste of money:just cofee and a couple of croissants... But overall, it's a great hotel. I didn't like that the front desk had us put in and take out our own luggage we had stored after check-out, before we caught a train home. They simply handed us the key to the luggage closet each time. We could have easily taken someone else's bag or someone could have taken ours. Staff is minimal and they are doing the best they can but ths is a security issue that can easily be fixed.The sink in room was cracked and there was no evidence of any robes or slippers, which are mentioned on the website. The bathroom was very small.Breakfast choice not as good, very limited compared to our last stay here 2 years ago. noisy on one night, area surrounding hotel did not feel safe for a woman alone in evening. Bad acoustic insulation. My room on the first flour was very dark as the windows could not be opened. The bathroom has a "distinct" smell and the shower curtains were heavily stained and dirty. If we may suggest- a shower glass enclosure will be best and hygienic. Room was a bit small and dark. My single room was very small, no space for my luggage. The management have to consider really getting the broken item in the room replaced instead of just trying to repair it.Stuff is not too much friendly, english is poor (more like my english :-)), very very small room (cca 10 m2) )but with full comfort (tresor, mini bar, tv, satelite etc.). the room size was unbeliveably small, very little room to move around. Very deceptive as all photos of bedrooms showed much larger rooms.Very claustrophobic!. Only one staff member good. Room far too small, dirty walls, expensive. Lift, not american breakfast, ripping me off everything.
