A beautiful place to stay in Tivoli! Just minutes by foot from the Villa d'Este, it is a convenient walk to the Villa Gregoriana also. Plenty of shops and restaurants up in the town. Gianluca could not have been a more welcoming or helpful host. He texted us ahead of time with help on how to find our way. Immaculately clean bedroom and bathroom. Host was beyond kind and friendly going out of his way to assist us in returning a car rental, recommending a great restaurant, and even dropping us off at said restaurant. It is the best place to stay if needing a one night stay either flying into or out of italy from fco airport. Breakfast was quaint with added bonus of fresh cut lemons from the host tree! !! Would stay again ans highly recommend.

This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! Internet and DVD's to borrow to boot!
