  The accommodation is ideally situated to visit Villa d'Este and Tivoli itself on foot. Giancula and his mother are excellent hosts, friendly, charming and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is very comfortable with a good breakfast. Just minutes by foot from the Villa d'Este, it is a convenient walk to the Villa Gregoriana also. Plenty of shops and restaurants up in the town. Gianluca could not have been a more welcoming or helpful host. He texted us ahead of time with help on how to find our way.   Extremely personal service - staff had reviewed are personal request on the LetsBookHotel.com form and the cot was already set up and we were booked in for dinner. would love to stay again and for longer.   Perfect hotel to access Fiumicino Airport for an early flight. Owner was very friendly and went out of his way to help us return our rental car the evening before our flight. The individual car rental companies are very hard to find at the airport due to poor signage. The owner had us follow him and went all the way to the return desk of our co... vad folk säger » mpany and then drove us back to the hotel. We may have driven around for an hour to find the right place, with his help we were in and out. (Small c - Immaculately clean bedroom and bathroom. Host was beyond kind and friendly going out of his way to assist us in returning a car rental, recommending a great restaurant, and even dropping us off at said restaurant. It is the best place to stay if needing a one night stay either flying into or out of italy from fco airport. Breakfast was quaint with added bonus of fresh cut lemons from the host tree! !! Would stay again ans highly recommend.

  This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! Internet and DVD's to borrow to boot! ... vad folk säger » - It's a wonderful place, very comfortable (clean, warm, fully equipped), with good location. There was big room and wonderful breakfast for separate price (we could hardly eat everything). Personnel was very pleasant and responsive. When I come to Rome next time, I'll stay in this hotel again.

  Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable. Overall we were very pleased and so were our 3 young children. - 1) Good location.
