  The Hotel really is behind the Duomo. There was still renovationshappening inside the hotel and road works at the Piazza Fontana, butsomehow, we could hear no noise at all from our room. As part of ourresevation of a triple room I made a note that the reservation was for 3adults, upon arrival at the hotel we were offered an upgraded room thatreally... what people say » was a small appartment with 3 twin beds. - The location of the hotel was great. The rooms were in good condition as well, although most rooms have windows opening up to a narrow alley where you can't even see the sky and you can almost reach out to the neighboring room.

  We (mom/daughter) got a great last minute rate for standard twin and it was very comfortable for the two of us. Helpful staff, good full breakfast (except tasteless scrambled eggs), soundproof rooms, immediate access to subway, roomy bathroom with tub/shower. - The rooms were considerably larger than most European hotels.   The perfect hotel to stay if you are visiting Milan. Luxurious and very clean, friendly staff and excellent food (breakfast, lunch and diner!). Very nice breakfast and food. Very close to Milano center via metropolitana. Very easy to come from airport Bergamo in case you rent the car. Last time I was here with family and we appreciated also very close green park where we passed nice walking with our small daughter.

  We wanted to be near to La Scala as we had tix, and were delighted by the hotel: it was clean, comfortable, served an excellent breakfast and all the staff were helpful and friendly.
