The perfect hotel to stay if you are visiting Milan. Luxurious and very clean, friendly staff and excellent food (breakfast, lunch and diner!). Great location in a quiet neighborhood and nevertheless 20 min from the city by metro (including walk to the nearest station which is about approximately 650 m) We were staying in Florence visiting the Mugello MotoGP and due to this wonderful hotel we cancelled our stay at the Hilton just to come back to Milan to stay in this hotel.
all reviews » Second time in this hotel and I found the same confort, spacious rooms and balcony as well. Very nice breakfast and food. Very close to Milano center via metropolitana. Very easy to come from airport Bergamo in case you rent the car. Last time I was here with family and we appreciated also very close green park where we passed nice walking with our small daughter. The staff was very helpfully and friendly. They provide us with all the information about the city and the ways to move. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is wonderful. The gym is pretty good and the breakfast is plenty of option. My husband and I spent a lovely time at the Ramada Milano. I booked this hotel only for a short stop on our way to Florence. I booked a twin room and when arrived I got an upgrade to a suite!! We liked this hotel so much that we decided to leave the hotel in Florence earlier than planned! This is as far the best hotel while visiting Milan. El hotel es muy bonito y el personal ameno, la ubicacion no. Muy buena, la estacion de metro mas cercana a 5 cuadras Pero graxias a esto encontrmos un restaurant muy bueno justo en la rsquina del metro llamado gemelli para recomendar, precio correcto. The hotel was a little far away from the city center, but they have a free shuttle bus to bring guest to the city which is about 15 mins away. It is very close to Linate airport, at a 20 minutes drive. A very comfortable, modern, clean hotel located 6 metro stops from the center of Milan. Stayed here for 2 nights with pleasure. Free WiFi using multiple devices was no problem. This should be the standard in all hotels nowadays. Breakfast was good, the facilities were well maintained, service was excellent, rooms were large, bathrooms were well done, spa was lovely and inexpensive, staff was very accommodating, free parking....lovely hotel. No real coffee but from a simple Nescafe coffee machine. It tasted horrible, this is really not done in Italy of all places. The metro stop was a five minute walk and eight stops from Duomo, and the neighborhood has little to offer in terms of restaurants with nothing to do. It is best to enjoy the hotel facilities, which are fantastic. Spa service could be improved, it looks quite abandoned. We were told that we could not turn on the air conditioning because it is now winter (our room was like an oven!)... this made our stay a little uncomfortable. Also to reach the spa you must walk outside and if it is cold and raining then this is not pleasant. - I had the feeling we had a room that hadn't be used for a while (strange smell?). Price of the restaurant for dinner. Be carefull they offer you a glass of sparkling alcohol before starter and they charge you after even you didn't order it. Bad impres at this unique restaurant of this hotel. The hotel didn't charge the payment for my stay until the check-out.I didn't like it because I couldn't spend these money and had to remember about it during the whole stay.For me it would be more convenient to block this sum from the first day at the hotel. Nothing. You have to pay for the parking about 8 EUR / day even though the parking is huge and it was 90% empty. Not much, the only problem in Milan are the mosquitos this time of the season. So tip, take care that you have had diner before the sun is down. breakfast is mediocre. they need to improve the quality of the hot items and juice. a lot of "trouble" with the cleaning ladies (5 times in 10 minutes knocking on the door for cleaning....). the tissues of the sofas were stained and for this kind of hotel and in executive room is not good. We recommend to the hotel to renew them they will get better image of their hotel. The sauna close at 21:00 The restaurant was bad . Had to ask several times for access to kitchen equipment (it's locked away!?) no cleanup products, no kettle. Great balcony with no furniture?????? Terrible air conditioning. the view was of a recycling centre which was sometimes noisy. the maid forgot to leave clean towels, toilet roll and replenish tea & coffee, but this was sorted with one phone call. -location not very close to the center but if you have car it is not a probleme. - breakfast. staff are not helpful, worst breakfast. Everything was great. Nothing. Location is far away from milan city centre moreover 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro stop (Turro)... Same breakfast. - Room dining have small options. Staff could not speak English probably. The Air condition was not working, apparently they put it off from October, but they did not mention this while booking and my email to the manager got no response at all!. The rooms weren't clean we found hair on the floors. Courtesy bus does not collect you it just drops you off and there was no fitness centre that I imagined, just a couple of machines. There is nothing I didn't like. far from Airport. The wifi is not strong in the rooms. The service needs to be improved as we had to every day request for bathroom accessories and tea/milk which was complimentary for room. The front desk every day noted but was no action. Quite far out but nice to walk in.
