  The room was beautiful and perfectly appointed. It was immaculate and breakfast was delicious and extensive. The hotel staff were wonderfully helpful and so gracious. - Room was lovely. Bathroom was particularly good compared with other accommodation in the area. Breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast is included in the price, there is a good selection of food, everything is fresh and tasty. We recommend this hotel to everyone :)

  It was very clean and noise free. Only thing missing is mentioning how to reach the hotel by Bus from Venice St Lucia. It would have been really helpful. - The room was very clean and modern. Good breakfast in the morning, and they will make your favorite type of coffee right there for you.

  It's very good positioned - the bus station is at 50 m, can take to Venice in max. 15 minutes. Also is close to a shopping area and restaurants area - cheaper than in Venice but great cusine! Clean and comfortable, I enjoyed my stay very much. It was just what a young couple on a budget needs. The staff took us in without trouble even after arriving at 3 a.m. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Venice by bus. Free private parking for the hotel is also a great plus. Remember, this is Italy, so don't expect all the customs to be the same as in other countries. Overall, I highly suggest this hotel.
