The location is perfect to visit Venice. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, they provided us map, bus ticket and a lot of tips for our trip in Venice. The staff was lovely. The have got a nice restaurant, rather cheap. The breakfast is wonderful! Very simple to go to Venice. Great Staff, really helpful and gave plently of advice on travelling into Venice. Nice hotel on my visit to Venezia.

Receptionist will inform you how to get to Venezia and more importantly: how not to get lost in Venezia (for this purpose we where equipped with their map with drawings on it: what to see, where to start, advices about transport options&prices - you can by cheaper tickets at reception!). Great sense of humor, we where assured if get lost to be sent US seals after us in the lagoon :) Breakfast was not bad at all, delicious juices, reasonable offer of varius food options. Location is very good if you are on a car and want to save money on parking. Easy to find and close to motorway and just two bus stops from Venice island. Staff is helpful explaining where to go, giving maps etc., they can sell bus tickets cheaper than form bus driver. The location!!! Especially if you have a car! Plenty of free parking and then hop on a bus to get to Piazza Roma in Venice and it's only a ten minute bus ride. Good bus schedule, frequent buses even on Sundays!. A budget place to sleep, escape inflated prices of accommodation in Venice. Buses one minute away - just 10 minutes into Venice Close to airport. Meals very very good home cooking & friendly staff. There is a free parking for the car. Easy to go to the center of venezia by bus, quickly (lots of buses). the food at Primavera was brilliant, the beef grill steak is bbq'd really well :). The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English and were quick to move us to another room, as ours was ant infested. İt is close to Venezia, you can go there by bus within 15 minutes. Breakfast was good. Free parking. Clously to Venice. Absolutely nothing. We cancelled the remaining two nights after staying one night. Truly terrible. Very poor hotel very noisly and darty. Only the location is OK. Take care, closed to the terasse it is a small canal and there are rats...running around. You should seat in the middle of the terasse. It is not in the city so there is no shops near the hotel. It's close to the big route and it is very noisy. It is not easy to find. Breakfast - limited choice. No elevator. Room was too small. Airconditioning body needs to be fixed on the wall. Shared bathroom. Wi-Fi. Air-con room is a little loose term. It is a portable free standing unit in 1 corner of the room. Yes when we stayed it was a hot 35c but after leaving the room for 6 hours with it on full it made little difference . Still struggled sleeping. This hotel is pure necessity to sleep if you want to visit Venezia and don't want to pay for expensive accommodation. Our triple room was yuck, so small you can hardly walk and so depresing - nothing like on the pictures. Smoke from BBQ chimney was terrible so we felt like smoked ham and sick to stomach till late at night (restaurant works till 11pm). And omg bathroom... no door just plastic shutter, mold spots, although everything seemed to be clean, a general feeling of disgust never left us. Hotel looks very old, like Soviet old. Rooms are tiny, bed is terrible, shared bathroom is old as well and smells a little. If this hotel was not in Venice it would costs 10-15 eur per night max. But as all hotels here has price multiplied by 3 or 4 or even 5 of what they are really costs this is a not the worst option for this money. The beds! They make noise every time you move! But for the location and Venice, I still think it's a good deal if you're not looking for anything fancy and just a clean place to stay. Mozzies but provided mozzie rings outside. Clean but bed a bit hard but jsut a place to sleep. - really uncomfortable and noisy bed. our double bed was 2 singles pushed together, not major but annoying when they kept slipping apart. Very noisy. Rooms were not ready on arrival, beds are too soft, so it is impossible to sleep normally, too close to the highway and thus very noisy, the air conditioner didn't work. Air condition didn't work, а hole in the window, therefore the room very hot. We had to book room for 4 people to get twin room. Reception wasn't happy when saw there were only 2 of us but they still got their money! Had to pay for WI fi & was only available in public areas of hotel. Ant infested room, handle to shared bathroom kept falling off and the arrangement of the shower in front of the toilet with a flimsy curtain was an experieince not to repeat! Noisy neighbours when we moved rooms because of the ants, but a btter shared bathroom. Lighting very poor in the hallways and down the stairs. Toilets were dirty, beds and furnishers were too old and the room smells awful. A loudy noise every moment from the highway. Our sheets weren't changed 2 days. Smog from Kitchen chimney into the Room. Noisy. Hot. Everything. Major highway right next to hotel that does not feature in any description. Noisy. Too hot in room. Useless TV. No wifi in room. Terrible 'plastic' breakfast. Worst coffee anywhere. No redeeming features!. Hotel is awful!!! Inside is like a motel for truck drivers. Very noisy and dirty. Avoid being there!. right on the highway no ac in areas outside the room and the room ac was very poor. old and cheap furniture. rooms very small. the hotel was horrible.
