  As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. A 5 minute walk from the hotel takes you to the local square which has an array of restaurant's however do yours... what people say » elf a favor and dine at the Bufola. We ate here both nights and it was delicious and not expensive. Get there by 7.15 as they will be turning people - I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.

  Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked the day before) for me at 5am for only 6 euros! Excellent service.   We loved staying in this hotel. We asked for a quiet room and got one at the back. Everything was spotless clean and the bed excellent. Staff was friendly and breakfast plenty.   The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area.   The hotel's location was excellent - just as was described on LetsBookHotel.com. The hotel was being renovated, but we stayed in a new room and it was gorgeous. The bathroom was so clean! We even think that the shower had never been used because it was so clean. The staff was very nice.   My wife and I flew into the Venice/Marco Polo Airport recently for a four day stay before beginning a bicycle trip in the Rimini area. We booked a room at the Hotel Regit in Mestre using LetsBookHotel.com. The staff was very patient and helpful, the quality of the rooms was better than we've expected, recently refurbished and very well maintained on daily basis. Very handy location as well.   We stayed in this hotel for one night as an alternative to staying in the much more expensive Venice. The hotel was easy to find, only a short walk from Mestre station from which the trains into Venice are regular and only about 1.5 euros each way.   This hotel is incredibly convenient if you are looking for a good hotel that isn't on the island of Venice. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, they sell tickets for the bus at the hotel, and the bus takes your right to the main bus terminal in Venice. Two stops, and you're there. They all spoke very good English, and they were all very friendly. I've stayed in a lot - Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American" hotel after traveling in Italy.
