  The place is a newer conversion of an older building of condominiums. They have done a nice job. The rooms are adequately appointed, with good beds, bedside reading lamps, a desk area with comfortable chair, flat-screen TV, small fridge, wardrobe and safe. Also, in 10 minutes you can easily get to Termini Station. And anyway, if you like a lot of walking and don't want to spend money for a taxi after the metro closed - it's an ideal location for you.   Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). Internet access was via one wifi acces... what people say » s point and two repeaters on each floor. Sometimes during hot nights DHCP server doesn't respond - ask staff for restart the AP (or repeators - it dep - Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini. There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!
