Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). Internet access was via one wifi access point and two repeaters on each floor. Sometimes during hot nights DHCP server doesn't respond - ask staff for restart the AP (or repeators - it dep.
all reviews » Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini. There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. Our room was very close to the reception, therefore it was noisy and felt a little weird. It was very dark in our room and even on a sunny day it was necessary to turn the lights on. It was annoying especially in the morning. Bathroom was very tiny - just like the hotel itself, but that shouldn't be a hassle for everyone. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. After 7 hours walking round Rome would have loved a cup of tea. Bathroom is too small. I think this was just a mix up but one day when we got back to the hotel our room hadn't been cleaned that day - the tray from breakfast was still there. Also the shower was a bit small!. Nothing, basically this is a perfect hotel for a young couple which is visiting Rome. The room was full of mosquitoes which feasted on me all night. My window was facing the road, so it was a bit noisy. The toilet wasn't flushing, although this was later fixed. A little small bathroom. The only problem was that the shower wasn't very hot and leaked all over the bathroom floor. The room was very small. the location was not in a very good area but was very close to the collosium. the rooms had a oder to them, it wasnt very bad but it was there you quickly got used to it. wish the rooms had a refridgator in them, would have been nice to come back to some cold drinks after all the walking around. It was cold in the room. Heater were just 4 short periods on. We had a room in the cellar which was full with mold! And the room looked unfinished. Furthermore you had to be very thin to get into the shower - very small. the water in the bath is small and not hot!!. Shower Very small restroom. Old home, mosquitos. poor breakfast, bathroom was moldy and stinky. 1. we were told at arrival that we need to stay 1 night (out of 2 nights) in an other hotel though we have non-changeable confirmed booking. On protest, they accomodate for 2 nights. 2. room was bit darker. not very well lit. 3. bath room was not ideal for bit heavy people. - breakfast is Ok, but the same every day. No lift. Small shower and small and broken toilet (lid). You can hear everything. breakfast was below basic, they don't have dinning hall or even table chairs to serve, a very basic set/fixed breakfast is served in the room. the bed, the breakfast, no clean towels when used, powerpoint was broken, the stairs (no elevator). The first night I was with out hotel to sleep,I sleep at the station becuse same how the hotel did not reserve my room. customer has to pay in person when checking in, rather than having it paid for with the online reservation. very confusing and inconvenient. It's very noise at night, door bell rings all the time, can't sleep until 1:00am. The place is horrible!!! I took a room with a so bad smell. The double bed was bowed in the two sleeping places. The stuffs inside the room were totally broken. It really doesn't worth to stay there. Cheater.
