  The location was set between St Peters Square and Castle Sant' Angelo 5min walk to either. The staff were very helpful and friendly they keep the hotel in perfect condition(very clean). It was only 1 month old at the time of our stay so it is new. The room was plenty spacious - Me and my wife, we had a wonderful weekend in Rome in November. This accommodation was an excellent surprise. We were afraid because the price was not that high and we heard so many stories about wrong information in the internet. We had a warm reception from Gabriela and her support was excellent. We found the double room with private bathroom outstanding in terms of decoration, functionality, space and with a good heating system. The room was very clean, and the walls with brand new paint. Br

  Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). Internet access was via one wifi acces... hva folk sier » s point and two repeaters on each floor. Sometimes during hot nights DHCP server doesn't respond - ask staff for restart the AP (or repeators - it dep - Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini. There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!
