  The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood. It lived up to the reviews, in particular Joey who manages the place was very nice and helpful. The best thing about this B&B is the location, so easy to get to everywhere of interest, and there is a metro and taxi just down the road about 100m.

They arranged for a van to come to where we our cruise ship landed and was plenty big enough for seven pieces of luggage and four passengers.
