  The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door. The proximity to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room. Would go back again!

The interior was cosy and styled perfectly to reflect Italy. The accommodation was within good walking distance from the train station, however, at first we found it difficult to find. On reflection I should have printed of the exterior picture to remember what it looked like. The breakfast was a fantastic spread.

  The location was great opposite the railway station, however you heard no noise from the trains. The receptionist who booked us in was very friendly and accommodating and we were allowed to check in and our room was ready at 1100 hours in the morning.   The staff was outstanding. Anything I needed they provided, whether it was directions, a taxi, our a bottle of wine with glasses when the bar was closed. The bar was great, the bartender always ensured we had snacks to eat with our drinks. Morning breakfast was great, servers were always there to fill your coffee pot.   Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us.   The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave.
