  The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. Although the whole experience was expensive, we knew this when we booked it.   Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.
