Nice and welcoming staff, always willing to help. Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money. Very simple but clean and calm (ie. what you would be looking for in a budget hotel). Breakfast is simple but included in the price and really nice to have for a good start of the day.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well.

Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

We stayed in the spacious, cleaned and comfortable apartment (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms), staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was basic, but brought at the agreed time to our flat every day, the apartment house is located at the city center five minutes walk from the Colosseum, there is lot of restaurants near here; for the price we paid it was excellent, free Wi-Fi available

Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. The localization is veery good ( for us at least ;P)- 5 minutes walking to metro Manzoni which is close to Termini, the central railway station. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

Our host Roberto, his wife and the staff were welcoming and took extra
care of our needs. We booked two single rooms and sometimes in the past
we have been allocated tiny, substandard rooms. The rooms at the Celio
were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano
was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the
Trevi/Tritone area. (We go to Rome each year over past 15 years and

Staff is very helpful, the hotel was recently refurbished and the design is very fancy. Location is one of the best in the city, just next to the Coliseum. If you need to go to a restaurant there are many options close by and transportation as well such as buses and train. 20 min walking from Termini Terminal. -
