Staff is very helpful, the hotel was recently refurbished and the design is very fancy. Location is one of the best in the city, just next to the Coliseum. If you need to go to a restaurant there are many options close by and transportation as well such as buses and train. 20 min walking from Termini Terminal. Awesome staff, beautiful room and incredible location. You can see the Roman Colosseum from the window of the Michelangelo Room. The breakfast was included and the staff and food downstairs were fantastic. Not a bad word to report from our stay at 2nd Floor.

The location is great--very close to the Colosseum, and the Colosseum metro stop, which provides easy access to get around the city. The staff was helpful and friendly. Very centralized and easy to navigate to and from wherever we landed. The views from the room are magnificent and the staff helped with all of our needs daily. I would return in a heartbeat, definitely a plus on our trip. The location of this hotel is the best you can think off. Colosseum is just across the street. The area is crowded until almost 2am cause of all the bars n restaurants around. The room was really nice and clean. Excellent Location, close to Colosseum, right on the gay street. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Beautiful bars & cafe lined up on the street below. Friendly & very helpful staff. Good wifi. The staff were really friendly and helpful and even booked our trip to the Vatican on line and printed out our tickets as we couldn't arrange this in time through a tour company. Great location in Gay Street right next to the Colisseum and 5 minute walk tot he Metro. Room design was very modern, if not slightly small. This place was great!. The Wifi was a bit difficult to connect to unless in a specific area of the room. When i booked, it looked like a hotel. Its not a hotel as there is no one at your service. You need to travel either by taxi or change the bus and train to reach the airport. No direct public transport. - expensive. - shower had no pressure!. Nothing. Not really a negative but if you're looking for a quiet night in this place probably isn't for you. My room was above the Coming Out bar and the music on Saturday night was very thumpy through the walls. My suggestion would be to be in the bar having fun and not in bed early - unfortunately I was sick and had no choice :-(. Cannot think of anything.!!. Breakfast is only 1 croissant and 1 drink. Very poor. A little noisy. too noisy. Front desk only manned for limited hours. No lift so had to carry luggage up 2 floors by ourselves. Noise - you could hear everything that happened in the corridor - phones, talking and door shutting. Shower broke. And air conditioning was poor. Wifi was terrible and this would be the reason I would not stay there again. I need wifi access for my business . The bed was comfortable but squeaky which was annoying.
