These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site
overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and
spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our
room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more
helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was
much less that a taxi would cost. Overall a great hotel with an
excellent location to all the best that Rome has to offer. Public

The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

The Best Pantheon was in such a great location, we had everything on our doorstep. It was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip. Anna was especially amazing. And the morning breakfast crew was so good to us. The food was delicious and plentiful. We couldn't have been happier with the staff at Hotel Lunetta
