Our stay at the Lunetta Hotel was excellent. The hotel was lovely and spotless. Our accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. We needed a taxi to the airport and it was efficiently arranged for us. The location is ideal for walking to many of Rome's highlights. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Since our flight home was very early and we were leaving prior to breakfast being served, they .

Anna was especially amazing. And the morning breakfast crew was so good to us. The food was delicious and plentiful. We couldn't have been happier with the staff at Hotel Lunetta The hotel itself is gorgeous and clean and so comfortable. Unfortunately one night we slept 12 hours. Whoops. If you shut the windows it is soun. Enjoyed the Lunetta Hotel very much. The history of this location and the superior renovation is stunning! Anna at the front desk was wonderful with any request and booked our Sistine chapel, museum tickets online last minute, great! The rooftop seating, bar was fantastic, as well the spa with pool under ground. Very impressed with everything. Location requires a bit of GPS, as the roads wind around, but Roma is like that! Great proximity to the Vatican City and the Piazza di Spagna.... It has been a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The personal is very kind they make you feel at home. They are ready to help in any matter you need. The service excellent, the location can´t be better next to Piazza Navona and a lot of historical places. Can't beat the location - right between Vatican City and the Coliseum, with a square just around the corner with great restaurants and activities - rooms are cozy, but materials and finishes are top notch. Several balconies are available and a nice root top lounge is perfect for relaxing. The thermal spa was nice, also. Staff was very helpful and friendly - best service in Rome. The location is excellent - right in the cente of things, but not noisy in the evening. The hotel has obviously not long been finished and is to a very high quailty. My wife used the spa and really enjoyed a massage there. I thought the steam room was dissapointing although the sauna is as you would expect. The buffet breakfast and coffee shop were very good. Everything!! EVERYTHING!! From the moment we walked into the hotel; the staff,especially Vittorrio & Anna were so very courteous and helpful. Our room was simply wonderful, very comfortable,well appointed, and very clean. Our only regret was that we did not have more days to spend there. You will be hard pressed to find better anywhere, at any price. We felt the staff Carlo Roberto Vittorio were all outstanding We were extremely pleased. They were so helpful booking tours and taking care of all our needs such as a fried hairdryer our daughter needed to take with her. The location for us was perfect. The Hotel was beautiful. To be fair there is stuff to see all over Rome, but we really did feel like we were right in the middle of everything. The hotel was immaculate, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. There is a lovely roof terrace, though they weren't serving drinks up there because of the season. The staff from arrival were very attentive and informative re locations to visit and recommended 3 excellent restaurants to visit during our stay - overall the service was excellent and the Hotel was ideally located for all the major attractions and 5 mins from Piazza Navona hub for restaurants etc. Everything was updated and immaculate. We had a suite with sliding doors and a rooftop terrace. I highly recommend asking for this room if you have children and want more space to spread out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Just around rhe piazza from Campo di Fiore enabled a daily visit to the fun market place. The staff were helpful with their advice and gaining tickets for the Vatican museum. A great place to stay!. Slightly expensive - our room didn't have much space between the bed and the walls - but it was quaint, clean and comfortable. Pleased with everything. The rooms could be just a bit bigger in order to accomodate luggage better. There was no drawer in our room. The only complaint was the tv not easy to use - but who cares - we were in Rome. Nothing !. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but totally fine, especially for one person. Would be a bit tight for two. There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel. We can't really fault anything. None. Internet did not work well in the room on one of the days, but it was always working in the lobby. Cost was a bit high, but we felt it was worth the money. there was not any view what so ever. but it was very quiet. Nothing comes to mind. Having to find the remote garage to park our Ducati. It is a warren of tiny cobbled streets. I can't realy think of omething I did not like. breakfast can be improved. The suite Jr. is small to be called suite jr. and the place were we used to take breakfast is very small. Nothing to speak of. The room was very small. Single room was a bit smaller than I anticipated.
