Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures.
