1) Good location: though the hotel owner said it's walking distance from Termini train station, however, we took the Metro from train station once bought the Rome Pass. Took Metro Line A, and get off at Manzoni, the hotel is just 5 minutes by walk. Our family (5 people) stayed for 3 night. We are all appreciate the comfort and friendly services here by both staff and the townhouse owners. Sabrina and Katai were tremendously willingness to help their guesses. We were in trouble from pickpocketing on the day 2 of the trip (even though we were warned by everyone to be careful). They both help us in every way they could, took us to see the police, cheered us up, spent hours to help us get through this crisis etc. I'd like to express my sincer. Once you get used to it all - the door key system, the TV functions, etc ..it is simply wonderful. I mean really, .. is there ANY other place that offers you Nespresso machine in the room, Sky tv channels, your private balcony, a four- poster kingsized bed, indirect lighting from various small lamps, warm croissants for breakfast .. - and all that in casual atmosphere, with a natural friendlyness that is like staying with friends ? you may wonder where is the hook. But there is none !. Friendly and welcoming staff who gave tips and recommendations for travel and restaurants around different areas in Rome. Comfortable room, English speaking TV channels, wifi included, access to a printer, access to their staff through various methods, simple yet lovely breakfast. The hotel is close to a metro station (3 minutes walk) that links you to city center and Termini station. It is definitely a highly recommended place to stay in. To walk from Termini you go through an interesting neighborhood, but once you've found the place you're fine! I would recommend getting a taxi - it's quick and efficient and not that expensive. The location are slightly distance if you ard exploring the city by foot. If planning to take metro of buses then this is not a problem. breakfest could be more various-ham,cheese etc. I woul provide some ham and other option for the breakfast even if charged as extras. The floor of bathroom is not aproprieted, it should be replaced. Nothing. Third bed in sofa very unconfortable Only continental brekfast is available. The breakfast had always the same things to eat without variations. Elevator did not work .. this is on the 4th floor. a little bit small. It wasn't a hotel it's only a place to stay. Breakfast was simple.
