I think this is the best hotel in Rome for such price! You have large bright room, kitchen, free wi-fi and breakfast. Very calm atmosphere, you feel there just like at home!

Ppty generous in size felt very safe. Excellent set up very clean. Good security to building. Breakfast voucher and wifi great.

Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

Simone, the caretaker was very hospitable and went extra miles to help us from trip planning, restaurant recommendations, and even kept our luggage after check-out hours. The location was very safe, at the center of shopping centers, supermarkets, and easily accessible to various tourist attractions (e.g. Colosseum, San Giovanni Cathedral, etc). The room was clean and the decor unique/fashionable with a pleasant ambiance. I would highly recommend the place to anyone who stays alone, as a couple
