The staffs are excellent, they are very nice and helpful.
The location of the hotel is good, easy to get to the main attractions and all the public transportation in Milan. But, it is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at the beginning.
The hotel is really good for single travellers especially for those who would like to walk through the city like me.

It’s very unusual and welcoming and even though it’s a 3 star, compared to the dull 4 star hotel I slept in in Florence prior to my arrival and also in the other apparently superior quality hotels I stayed in previously, it was decidedly better!
I loved the variety and the quality of the breakfast, the originality of the design and structure and the careful way it’s been looked after.

It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. The reviews are true, it really is one of the best three* hotels Ive ever stayed in. I came for a food exhibition & to see some clients & the desk staff were so helpful. Location is perfect, in one of Milans coolest suburbs. A busy street might be problem for some (but come on, it IS in the city) but I prefer that I am safe when coming home at night, better than some quiet dark street in middle of nowhere.
