Very nice Auberge/3*Hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpfull. We had the smallest room, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very nice! Although small tv it was ok(only italian channels). Enough space just for the night. Breakfast was very good and complete; including very nice cappucino/espresso, fruits, yoghurts, croissants, cakes, cereal etc. When we return to Milan we definitly come back.
all reviews » This hotel was easy to find and located within a 7-10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Walking a further 5 minutes will take you to a train station connecting directly to the airport. The hotel is close to major attractions in Milan and is in a quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Very friendly staff of this hotel placed on two levels inside a private house. It is really needed to book a parking by the hotel because there is no place around to leave the car along the street and the price offered by the hotel is cheaper than if you go to a parking on your own. Good town hotel. It was easy to find it. Perfekt place for walking to historical center of Milano. Rooms are comfortable with big and clean bathroom. Glass elevator in the building. The bigger room I got, designed for two people, was very small and doesn't allow to stay in for long, but just to sleep. Maybe hotels are like this around the center. No fridge in the room. Slightly far to Metro and public transport, can have more toiletries as its a 3-star hotel. Would have liked a bar in the room. The receptionist who met us did not speak English good enough and a misunderstanding occured. The rooms are really small but if you are staying there only for the night it's quite appropriate)). nothing. It was difficult to find at first. Walls too thin. A frigobar would have earned a better opinion from me in the "comfort" and "value for the money" items, at least in the torrid days we endured in our stay at Milano. The staff hardly speaks english, rooms are small, there was a smell of sewage in the room...or it was from a conditioner... We couldn't guess. - Tv Screen - Small room - Little bit old fashion - Very expensive for the service. Not worth its price at all. Very small and ascetic rooms - reasonable price would be 60-70 euros max. Not in the center of touristic zones and still over-priced! At the time we arrived, the recepcionist couldn't find our reservation and screamed us that we don't have booking. Blaming us for her mistake, not friendly at all!. Not a true hotel (only 2 floors in a residential building), no own parking (external garage, not accessible at night), quite noisy, since the windows are still the original ones.
