  The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza. Room was very nice, very clean and the staff was really kind and attentive. We really had a very good time here.

  A clean, comfortable in the heart of Venice.. Literally 2 minutes walk from St Marks Square, 10 minutes from Rialto bridge. So easy to find after getting off the water bus. Continental breakfast with few warm items, ie scrambled egg, sausage, bacon. Friendly reception staff. The room is double room is beautiful. The bathroom is very modern. The other room we booked is a family suite. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. It was very hot during our visit and staying indoors (in the hotel) was an easy itinerary.

Marco to avoid the noise of the crowds yet close to both public transport and major attractions.
