Extremely helpful desk clerk who spoke very good English. Loved the location once we found it (but he was helpful with directions too). Espresso machine at breakfast was great (do it yourself) - Clean good sized room. Bedding for 5 is quite rare but is great for larger families, convenient location, good transport link close by.

Hospitality and warm reception of the owner of B&B Cristina, his patience, goodwill and readiness to help if his guests have any problems or questions about the city (sightseeing, shopping, where to eat and so on). wonderfull attitude towards customers, friendly staff - Large pleasant room that was spotlessly clean. Hotel was close to the bus and train stations as well as a big waterbus stop. It was quite a long waterbus ride to the centre but if you had a good map it was possible to walk there fairly quickly.

The hostess is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and neat, breakfast is simple but fine, the location is right in the city centre and therefore close to restaurants, shops and a vaporetto stop.
