Hotel Continental is set in a 15th-century historic building right on the Grand Canal. It offers beautiful views and a central location, 2 minutes' walk from Santa Lucia Train Station. Rooms feature elegant décor and parquet floors. All air-conditioned, each one has satellite TV. Some overlook the canal. The on-site restaurant also has canal views. You can enjoy a hot and cold buffet breakfast in the morning. In the evening, Venetian specialities as well as international dishes are served, accompanied by a wide selection of wines. Staying at the Continental Hotel means you have easy access around Venice with the Vaporetto (water bus) stop only a few metres away. Public parking at Piazzale Roma is 10 minutes away on foot.

elegance of the hall, room comfortable and clean, kindness of the hotel staff, location very good, proper price. Our dinner at the restaurant, overlooking the Grand Canal was wonderfull, (Luigi and Mattia really good waiters). Thanks for our romantic time.the hotel was in a great location for the grand canal and vaporetta, it was close to shops and cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection and you werent rushed.Our twin room was clean ,tastfully decoratedand the bathroom was lovely, we even had a flat screen tv.The staff were polite and our request for more pillows was answered quickly.
