  The staff were fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile and saying hello. They seemed to enjoy their job and remembered who was from which country.   The staff were really really great!!! They allowed us to store our bags with them for 3 days while we travelled to the Cinque Terre. They were really helpful in advising us things to do in Genoa and places to go for dinner (the rec for Soho was great! Probably the best meal we had!) It's a typical European room (i.e., small bedroom, small bathroom... what people say » ), but it had AC (which was necessary) and the hotel is in a great location, only a minute to Via Garibaldi and 5 or so mins to Piazza de Ferrari and - The hotel's central location in Genoa was its biggest benefit. Walking distance from the main train station, and very accessible to all that the old city of Genoa has to offer. Plenty of food options close by, as well as the funicular to the surrounding areas. The quirky retro feel of the hotel with original art was a pleasant surprise. It was extremely clean and all staff/owners very polite and helpful.

B&B was quiet, peaceful, fully equipped and gratefully has a lift. Host was extremely helpful and takes pride in her home. Great experience
