Location is great, 3-4 min to all attractions. We didnt have any Problem
with booking, easy handling. Huge plus is parking garage in the same
bilding which is at least 2 times cheaper then the other ones in the
center. Room is simple, clean, we had a balkon which is great. WiFi is
working perfectly. -

The location of Villa Landucci was really great for us. Not too far (30 minutes walk) from the center, and - and I think this is valuable in Florence - with free private parking possibility.

A most perfect place. The couple running the place, since sept 2012, were very kind and helpful in every matter. Easily accessible by car and a locked parking at the hotel. About 2.5 km walking to the centre, but shopping and restaurants just a few blocks away. Nice and relaxing garden, and balcony (or direct access to garden from the room). Highly recommended!

A perfect location to see Florence as it was in the centre for shopping and sightseeing. Extremely clean with modern fittings and nothing was too much trouble for the host . It was a bit tricky finding the location and bags have to be taken up I flight of stairs in order to reach the lift . The concierge is only there for limited hours.. But none of this worried us as the location and standard of facilities was well worth it .

The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
The room was cosy, the bed & linen first class.

Despite on the fact the hotel is on the seconf floor and you have to carry your luggage with no lift, dear Paolo can see you with an intercom and is ready to help you. The friendliness and the fact that Massimiliano (manager) was so helpful and understanding (grazie!). Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!

Everything was great. Very nice interior and super helpful and friendly personnel. The breakfast was delicious for a 3-star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. - Beautiful rooms!!! Also, a good location. Just 2 minute walk from the river.
